With Christmas fast approaching and Royal Mail staff working around the clock, the Member of the Welsh Parliament for Aberconwy - Janet Finch-Saunders MS - was delighted to have visited the Royal Mail Llandudno Delivery Office to thank and commend Manager Mr Mark Hughes and his fantastic team for their continued hard work and dedication.

Commenting on her visit to the Delivery Office, Janet said:

“The previous two years have proven immensely challenging for all of us. However, throughout Lockdowns, restrictions and ongoing staff shortages seen across the economy, the Royal Mail team in the Llandudno Delivery Office have continued to work day in and day out to ensure our deliveries, vaccination appointment letters and home testing kits arrive on time.

"However, too often throughout the pandemic, the important role of organisations like the Royal Mail were overlooked. Therefore, and now with Christmas Day fast approaching, it was a true privilege to meet so many of hard work men and women in the Llandudno team in order to pass on my thanks to them personally.

"Their ongoing efforts and professionalism keeps our country and society moving forward, even in the most difficult of circumstances. As such, I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank the team here in Aberconwy who work so hard all year to ensure that our post is delivered on a daily basis.”
