Janet Finch-Saunders MS is looking forward to meeting residents over the coming week at both the Eglwysbach Show this Saturday 8th August and Sioe Môn - Anglesey Show next Tuesday and Wednesday 11th and 12th August.
Eglwysbach Show which has been running since the 1940s, has become one of Wales’ best-loved agricultural events, celebrating the very best of local farming, livestock, horticulture and rural life. Sioe Môn is one of the largest and most prestigious events in the Welsh agricultural calendar. First held in 1872, the show has a long and proud history of celebrating the island’s farming heritage. Today, it attracts thousands of visitors each year and showcases the strength and diversity of Anglesey’s agricultural community.
Janet and the team will have a stall at both events and are encouraging anyone attending to stop by for a chat, raise any local concerns, ask questions or simply catch up.
Commenting ahead of the shows, Janet Finch-Saunders, Senedd Member for Bangor Conwy Môn said:
“These shows are fantastic celebrations of our rural communities and the people who make them so special. They provide an excellent opportunity to meet residents, local businesses, farmers and community groups from across the constituency.
I always enjoy attending these events and listening to the issues that matter most to local people. If you’re visiting either the Eglwysbach Show or Sioe Môn, please do come along to our stall and say hello, ask any questions or simply have a chat – it would be great to see you there.”
