Janet Finch-Saunders MS has extended invitations to local Members of the Senedd, Members of Parliament and councillors to attend and take part in discussions with residents, businesses and commuters affected by repeated disruption, congestion and closures of Menai Suspension Bridge.
The meeting aims to provide an opportunity for the public to raise concerns directly and discuss possible short and long-term solutions for one of North Wales’ most important transport links.
The meeting will take place on Friday 12th June at Llangefni Town Hall, Bulkeley Square, Llangefni ,Anglesey ,LL77 7LR, from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
Janet Finch-Saunders, Senedd Member for Bangor Conwy Môn said:
“The Menai crossings are vital to local communities, businesses and the wider North Wales economy, and it is important that we work together to address the ongoing issues people are facing.
I have invited local representatives to join the public meeting because this is far bigger than party politics. Residents want to see representatives working together to find practical solutions and ensure the concerns of local people are properly heard.
I hope colleagues from across the political spectrum will attend and engage constructively on this important issue.”
