The organisers of the Conwy Half Marathon on Sunday, 16 November, have been praised for yet another successful race. This event is always a challenging yet rewarding highlight in the North Wales calendar.

With over 4,000 participants, this year’s event marks a tremendous achievement for the organisers and the wider community. Many runners took on the challenge in support of charitable causes, helping to raise significant funds for organisations across Wales, adding even greater meaning to the day.

The Conwy Half Marathon continues to grow year on year, bringing valuable awareness to a range of charities while also inspiring people to become healthier, fitter, happier, and stronger. For many, it represents a major personal milestone, and its impact reaches far beyond the finish line.

Janet commented:

“I am incredibly proud to see so many people come together for this year’s Conwy Half Marathon. The dedication shown by runners, volunteers, and organisers reflects the very best of our community. Completing such a challenging course, especially in difficult weather conditions, is an achievement everyone involved should be truly proud of.

Beyond the personal milestones reached on the day, the event carries a meaningful impact for charities across Wales. The generosity and commitment displayed by many participants help raise vital funds and awareness, strengthening the support available to those who need it most. The Conwy Half Marathon continues to grow each year, and its positive influence on both individual wellbeing and community spirit is something we can all celebrate.”
