On Tuesday, 21st October, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, the Welsh Government Building Safety Team will be holding a drop-in session at Venue Cymru, Rhuddlan Room, Promenade, Llandudno, LL30 1BB.
This session aims to provide leaseholders and residents with an opportunity to ask questions or raise any concerns they have about fire safety remediation.
Janet Finch-Saunders, the Member of the Welsh Parliament for Aberconwy, welcomes this session and encourages residents to attend and voice their concerns.
Commenting on the building safety session, Janet said:
“I have been highlighting for many years the slow progression in addressing fire safety remediation work on private buildings. This session offers an opportunity for residents and landlords in Llandudno to raise any concerns or questions they may have.
“I highly encourage residents to attend the session to ensure their voices are heard and to acquire information that may be of use.”

Nod y sesiwn hon yw rhoi cyfle i lesddeiliaid a thrigolion ofyn cwestiynau neu godi unrhyw bryderon sydd ganddynt am gyweirio diogelwch tân.
Mae Janet Finch-Saunders, yr Aelod o’r Senedd dros Aberconwy, yn croesawu'r sesiwn hon ac yn annog trigolion i alw heibio a lleisio eu pryderon.
Wrth sôn am y sesiwn diogelwch adeiladau, dywedodd Janet:
