Commenting on the news, Janet said:

"I am pleased to share that, following the success of the Penrhyn Bay public meeting in March, I will be hosting another session. This meeting will provide an opportunity for residents to voice their concerns and for representatives to present and clarify the proposed plans."

“During the meeting, you have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have, such as about the impact on the local environment, noise, or infrastructure.

“Ms Knight, from HK Planning, will also show a visual representation of the proposed development site and can offer clarity regarding the core design aspects of the project.

“If you are going to be affected by these plans, or want to hear more about what is being proposed then please come along to the Penrhyn Bay Presbyterian Church, Llandudno, LL30 3PP on the 11th of September at 18:00. Please remember to book!”
