Statement on Wales' World Class Recycling

Janet yesterday spoke after the Statement by the Cabinet Secretary for Climate Change and Rural Affairs on Wales' World Class Recycling. She highlighted the excellent work that had been achieved to get Wales to 2nd in the world for recycling. She also mentioned that many businesses are struggling with their recycling and the plethora of bins they have use in order to do so.
