Janet Finch-Saunders, Member of the Welsh Parliament for Aberconwy, has congratulated the Daily Post for hosting a ceremony to celebrate the tireless work undertaken by entrepreneurs across North Wales.
The prestigious event was held at Bangor University on Thursday 1 December.
Commenting after attending the awards, Janet said:
“Business is the backbone of North Wales.
“As was highlighted in the ceremony, without entrepreneurs and their teams demonstrating the drive, foresight and courage to grow prosperity and confidence our region and communities would be poorer.
“There is no doubt that all sectors have been hit hard over recent years, so I was pleased to have an opportunity to thank leaders and their teams for their resilience and commitment.
“You can be sure that I am 100 per cent committed to continue using the levers at my disposal in the Welsh Parliament so to try and help boost economic growth.”

Mae Janet Finch-Saunders, Aelod o’r Senedd dros Aberconwy, wedi llongyfarch y Daily Post am gynnal seremoni i ddathlu'r gwaith diflino a wneir gan entrepreneuriaid ar hyd a lled y Gogledd.
Cynhaliwyd y digwyddiad mawreddog ym Mhrifysgol Bangor ddydd Iau 1 Rhagfyr.
Wrth siarad ar ôl bod yn y gwobrau, dywedodd Janet:
“Busnes yw asgwrn cefn y Gogledd.
“Fel yr amlygwyd yn y seremoni, heb entrepreneuriaid a'u timau yn dangos yr ymdrech, y blaengaredd a'r dewrder i feithrin ffyniant a hyder byddai ein rhanbarth a'n cymunedau'n dlotach.
“Does dim amheuaeth bod pob sector wedi cael ei daro'n galed dros y blynyddoedd diwethaf, felly roeddwn yn falch o gael cyfle i ddiolch i arweinwyr a'u timau am eu gwydnwch a'u hymrwymiad.
“Gallwch fod yn sicr fy mod i wedi ymrwymo gant y cant i barhau i ddefnyddio'r pwerau sydd ar gael i mi yn Senedd Cymru i geisio helpu i hybu twf economaidd.”
