Following a visit to the newly opened Dylan’s food store on Conwy Highstreet, The Welsh Parliamentary Member for Aberconwy, Janet Finch-Saunders has spoken of her delight and enthusiasm of seeing this new flagship store in Conwy Town already so very busy.

Janet met with Mr Robin Hodgson who along with Mr David Evans, set up the Dylan’s food enterprise in 2012. The ambitious entrepreneurs have seen continued success and growth from their three water-side restaurants, in Criccieth, Menai Bridge and Llandudno. They also own a production kitchen in Llangefni and the recently opened a deli type store in Menai Bridge.

Janet said:

“It is truly fabulous to see so many residents and visitors already experiencing this unique new food and taste offering. As a part of this new business customer are able to purchase Dylan’s prepared ready meals, homemade sauces , hampers and the renowned Dylan’s pizzas. It is clear that the Dylan’s brand has an incredible USP.

“I was further delighted on meeting with Robin Hodgson, partner owner, to be shown around the floors, of what was the once popular Drew Pritchard Antique store, and to learn that a new opening is planned for a spectacular restaurant and bar with a large number of covers. The boundless enthusiasm of our two entrepreneurs, Robin and David, truly know no bounds. And I sure that the expectation of 50 new jobs being created this year along will be reached.

“Having wanted a location in Conwy Town for some years, it is fair to say that they have surpassed all expectation. I certainly wish to congratulate Robin & David and their entire team on such continued success. I look forward to seeing the opening of your new restaurant.”

AS yn canmol llwyddiant profiad bwyd newydd Conwy

Yn dilyn ymweliad â siop fwyd Dylan’s sydd newydd agor ar Stryd Fawr Conwy, mae Janet Finch-Saunders wedi dweud pa mor falch a chyffrous yw hi i weld y siop flaenllaw newydd hon mor brysur yn barod.

Cafodd Janet gyfle i gyfarfod Mr Robin Hodgson a sefydlodd fenter fwyd Dylan’s gyda Mr David Evans yn 2012. Mae’r entrepreneuriaid uchelgeisiol wedi parhau i weld llwyddiant a thwf yn eu tri bwyty glan y môr yng Nghriccieth, Porthaethwy a Llandudno. Mae ganddynt gegin gynhyrchu yn Llangefni hefyd ac maen nhw newydd agor siop deli ym Mhorthaethwy.

Meddai Janet:

“Mae mor wych gweld cymaint o drigolion ac ymwelwyr yn profi’r cynnig bwyd a blas newydd ac unigryw hyn. Fel rhan o’r fenter, mae cwsmeriaid busnes newydd yn gallu prynu prydau parod, sawsiau cartref, hamperi a pizzas enwog Dylan’s. Mae’n amlwg fod gan frand Dylan’s Bwynt Gwerthu Unigryw anhygoel.

“Roedd hi’n bleser cyfarfod Robin Hodgson, y perchennog-bartner, a wnaeth fy nhywys o gwmpas yr adeilad a arferai fod yn siop henebion  Drew Pritchard, a dysgu eu bod yn bwriadu agor bwyty a bar trawiadol newydd gyda llawer o fyrddau. Mae brwdfrydedd y ddau entrepreneur, Robin a David, yn ddi-ben-draw. Ac rwy’n siŵr y byddan nhw’n cyrraedd y nod o greu 50 swydd newydd eleni.

“Ar ôl dymuno cael lleoliad yng Nghonwy ers blynyddoedd lawer, mae’n deg dweud eu bod wedi rhagori  ar bob disgwyliad. Rwyf am longyfarch Robin a David a’u tîm cyfan ar eu llwyddiant parhaus. Ac rwy’n edrych ymlaen at weld eich bwyty newydd yn agor.”
