Malwen Stores, a café in the charming village of Rowen on the edge of Eryri National Park has been described as “a celebration of food and design”.
The praise, by Janet Finch-Saunders, Member of the Welsh Parliament for Aberconwy, comes after she experienced first-hand the venue’s great coffee, homemade baked goods, soup of the day, and more.
In addition to the windows framing beautiful views across the valley, Malwen Stores is full of unique modern art.
Commenting after enjoying lunch at the café, Janet said:

Mae Malwen Stores, caffi ym mhentref swynol Ro-wen ar gyrion Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri, wedi cael ei ddisgrifio fel "dathliad o fwyd a dylunio".
Daw'r ganmoliaeth gan Janet Finch-Saunders, Aelod o’r Senedd dros Aberconwy, ar ôl iddi fwynhau coffi, nwyddau pobi cartref, cawl y dydd, a mwy yn y caffi.
Yn ogystal â'r ffenestri sy'n fframio golygfeydd hyfryd ar draws y dyffryn, mae Malewen Stores yn llawn celf fodern unigryw.
Wrth siarad ar ôl mwynhau cinio yn y caffi, dywedodd Janet:
