The Rohan shop in Betws-y-Coed has been praised for the high standard of products and care shown towards the community.

The shop, which is ran by Steve & Michelle Bayliss, sells Rohan products which have been crafted since 1972.

Commenting after the visit, Janet said:

“For over half a century Rohan have been designing outdoor clothes of the highest  quality for professional and amateur hikers, climbers, and walkers.

“The store is an asset to Betws-y-Coed. It adds to the community’s reputation as both the gateway to the national park and our very own glorious alpine destination.

“What impressed me the most though is the commitment both Michelle and Steve have to the environment and community. It was a pleasure to see how they empower people to explore our area in sensible equipment, and also take positive steps themselves to inspire others to make the Conwy Valley an even more beautiful place”.
