Janet Finch-Saunders, Assembly Member for Aberconwy has officially opened the recently refurbished Cae Ffwt sports and recreational facility in Glan Conwy.
Speaking following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the Assembly Member said: "It was a privilege to be asked to open the Cae Ffwt Sports and Recreation centre following its much needed refurbishment works.
"I would like to thank Cllrs Sarah Lesiter-Burgess, Alwyn Ap Huw, Daniel Worsley and Meleri Jones from WREN (Waste Recycling Environmental Limited). The hard work they have undertaken in seeing this work through to completion is evident in how fantastic the centre looks following refurbishment
It is initiatives such as this that help garner the community spirit, which is evident in Glan Conwy, and across the county.
