Janet has spoken about the poor uptake by the Welsh Government on Marine policy.
The statement from the Climate Change Cabinet Secretary had only one line about Marine policy. When a square meter of seagrass captures triple the amount of carbon than the equivalent from a rainforest, Wales must be doing more to invest in this form of carbon capture. Especially given it is surrounded by beautiful ocean.
