With the busy tourist season fast approaching the Member of the Welsh Parliament, Janet Finch-Saunders, has met with Paul Hales and Kris Meredith, owners of Pets on the Pier and The Crystal Hut, two recently opened businesses on the Llandudno Pier.

Commenting on the news Janet said:

“The Pier is at the very heart of our tourism industry here in Llandudno. It has been incredible to see the new lease of life this historic location has received over recent months and years, from a new Ferris wheel to the revamping of the fish and chip shop.

“It is incredible to have had the opportunity to visit these two new businesses and their enthusiastic owners who are already bringing so much to the Pier and own town.

“Pets on the Pier sells stunning accessories, toys and leads for pets of all shapes and sizes, and as an animal enthusiast myself, I know the store is a pet lovers dream.

The new Crystal Hut provides a huge quantity of Crystals, Spiritual Gifts and Jewellery all of which have been uniquely sourced by the passionate owner and would make brilliant gifts for special occasions.

Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to wish these entrepreneurs the very best of luck in what I am sure will be an incredibly busy and successful season.”
