Assembly Member for Aberconwy, Janet Finch-Saunders, has this week contributed to the awareness raising campaign on the work of hospices in Wales.
The AM said: “Hospices are about far more than providing end of life care. They provide a complete service of support, care and comfort, both for patients and families, that have gone on a journey following diagnosis.
“I have signed the ‘Count Me In’ pledge to show my support for the work of hospices in Wales, and would urge everyone to do so.
“On Friday 11th October I will be volunteering at my local hospice’s charity shop on Lloyd street in Llandudno to meet with the staff and volunteers to hear about their vital role in supporting hospices.
