Welcoming Further Calls For Council Tax Cuts for Terminally Ill Occupants Monday, 3 August, 2026 Janet Finch-Saunders, the Member of the Senedd for Bangor, Conwy and Môn, has long called for and supported the introduction of a 100% council tax cut for households where a resident has been diagnosed with a terminal illness.
